How do I return or exchange an item?
We pride ourselves with quality products and take care in the packaging and posting of the products we sell. So that the item arrives in perfect condition. If for odd chance that the delivery arrives damaged or faulty we will gladly exchange or offer a full refund.

However, the product must returned within 14 days of delivery for full refund. Send an email to, please outline in the email, whether you prefer a refund or exchange, as well as the reason for the return and the order number.

All returns must be sent back in original packaging including tags. Miint Gear are not liable for any returns that are lost in transit. We highly recommend you use a tracking service for all returns. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the buyer.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the faulty item back to our warehouse, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. Keep an eye out for email notifications - well keep you updated along the way!

Whats our returns policy?
We have 3 rules for returns, item(s) must be returned: 
1 Item(s) must be faulty and returned within 14 days of purchase; 14 starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse 
2 Item(s) must be unworn and or unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.; and 
3 Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded bags and or boxes. 
If your item matches all of these condition, you can lodge a return.

Audiofly Warranty Policy:
Audiofly is a premium manufacturer of audio headphones. It guarantees its products against material and manufacturing defects for a period of:

  • Audiofly Headphones - 1 year

  • Audiofly Pro In-Ear Monitors – 2 years

    The guarantee (warranty) does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident or negligence. It also excludes normal wear and tear, and natural material breakdown due to age, use or environmental conditions.

    Audiofly will respond to consumer warranty claims by way of repair, replacement or credit. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Audiofly.

    Product returns that are likely to be assessed as warranty are for example, where there is a crackle in the headphone on first use, or one side doesn’t emit sound, but not after 6 months of use.

    Most defects are noticeable immediately on first use or within the first few days.

    Product returns that are likely to be assessed as non-warranty due to fair wear and tear are for example where headphones that have been used and enjoyed to the point where the cords casing is exposed.

    Product returns that are likely to be assessed as non-warranty due to improper use or care, accident or negligence are for example where the where the headphone housing has been ripped away from the cable.

    Where there is conjecture about the warranty, but leaning towards “fair, wear and tear", it is suggested that an appropriate discount off a new pair shall be offered “in good faith”.

    Where appropriate, a replacement may be given “in good faith”.

    The phrase “in good faith” refers to the instances where we are not convinced that a replacement is warranted, but will do so in order to maintain good customer relations.
